Shipping Policy

All returned items will not be refunded shipping. If you think the issue is on our end please contact us at and we will come together on a resolution.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. This does not include weekends or major holidays.  Once your order has shipped your tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order.

We currently do not process online orders on the weekends. Since we need two full business days to fulfill your order, those placed late on Thursday or anytime on Friday could potentially take longer.

Packages with a shipping status of delivered but the package still hasn’t arrived. The USPS tracking system will often list a package as delivered for multiple days before it actually arrives. Please give the package another day or two for it to be delivered.  If you still don’t see it, please reach out to your local post office, as they’ll give a customer more info than they’ll give us.

We do ship a high number of packages daily, your package may not be scanned in the USPS system until it arrives at a distribution center closer to is destination address. If you have any questions regarding this please reach out to your local post office.

If your package shows delivered but hasn’t arrived and has been stolen.  If you have purchased priority shipping it will have a $50 insurance policy through the USPS. Please contact USPS regarding what steps to take to file your claim. We are not held responsible for any stolen packages.  If you live in an area where this happens often or where packages get misplaced we recommend you buying shipping labels with signature required.
