Will I pass a drug test after using your product?
Five Leaf Wellness makes no guarantees that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products. Many people do pass but some definitely do not. Everyone’s body is different and how each person metabolises cannabiniods vary.
When will you restock a particular strain?
Most of our indoor flower is grown on a rotation. Some strains harvest every 30‐45 days and some can be 6 months or longer. We do not like to give exact dates until the harvest is finished and we have final testing done. If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Has my order shipped?
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, please note that some packages may take up to two business days for processing before they ship.
Why has my order not shipped?
We work very hard at getting your order out in one business day, but we are a small team, so we ask that you give us two business days to process your order.
What are your acceptable forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards.
I am trying to place an order but it is not going through?
We have two different credit card processors at the checkout page. If you are using the Credit Card (XL NMI ) and it is not working please try the one directly below that is listed as just “Credit Card”. If you are still having issues please email us at email@example.com
I placed my order on Friday and it still hasn’t shipped out?
We only ship Monday‐Friday. If you have ordered over the weekend it typically will go out Monday. Again,please allow up to two business days as we are a small team and work very hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.
I haven’t received a tracking number!
We have a lot of emails go into peoples spam and promotional folders. Please check additional folders and confirm that your email was entered correctly. If you haven’t received it please email firstname.lastname@example.org
I paid for priority shipping, and it still hasn’t arrived!
There have been delays within the USPS in many areas this year due to Covid‐19. If you have reached out to your local post office and are still having issues please contact us at email@example.com
It has been two business days and my order tracking is showing pre‐shipment?
We do ship a large number of packages and due to the amount of packages we ship our local USPS distribution center sometimes does not scan in the packages. If this happens the packages usually don’t get scanned in until they reach the destination city. If you have any question please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
